Financing

Financial considerations should not be an obstacle in receiving the care you need and deserve. That is why we offer a wide range of payment options available to you. Feel free to discuss any financial concerns that you might have with our staff, and we will help to work out an arrangement best suited to your needs.

As a courtesy, our office will file your insurance for you and we accept most major dental insurances. If your insurance requires a copay, it will be collected at the time of service. For your convenience, Dr. Logan accepts Mastercard, Discover and Visa.

If you do not have dental insurance, Dr. Logan offers an in house discount dental plan.

Please take note of the following:

All payments are due AT TIME OF SERVICE to receive the discount. Any services received that are not paid for at the time of service will be billed at the usual, higher fee.

If you choose to extend your payment for treatment by paying through Care Credit, the restorative treatment discount is reduced to 10% due to merchant fees.

This offer cannot be combined with any other offers.

This is not a dental insurance plan.

Plan fees are valid only when paid at time of enrollment.

In Office Discount Plan

We are excited to offer the following Discount Dental Membership Plan to patients who do not have dental insurance.

Membership Benefits:

Initial comprehensive exam, x-rays and routine cleaning.
Six month check up with exam and routine cleaning.
All dental treatment completed within 12 months of enrollment will be discounted by 15% if paid in full at time of service. This included elective cosmetic procedures like teeth whitening and veneers.

Annual Cost: Individual Plan: $365

Annual Cost for each additional family member: $270

Care Credit

Our dental office offers zero interest financing through Care Credit, a medical credit card company. Care Credit provides financing for a myriad of medical, dental, cosmetic, and veterinary procedures. If you don’t qualify for zero interest financing or you would like smaller monthly payments over a longer duration, Care Credit also offers extended payment plans with a fixed interest rate.

  Dr. Ryan Hough and his team are the definition of perfection. I have an extremely difficult time, going to the dentist and have been shamed by previous dentist when I was a kid which really turned me off from going at all. Dr. Hough is so kind and understanding. He understands that it’s hard for some people and his literal response is “that’s okay, I’m happy you’re here now” and here’s what we can do to help you. I followed him from his previous practice and he’s literally the only dentist I trust. 10/10!

  Everyone is a complete pleasure to be around. They explain all that they are doing and make sure you are comfortable. I came to them with a mouth full of problems and I’m feeling much better about my teeth. It’s taken some time to get where we are at. But it took time for me to get my teeth where they were.
